My heart is breaking for him. Tornadoes are no joke, I'm always terrified one will hit my new house. These giant Georgia pines are a mess too. Sad thing is that if they built it in 2020, they likely got it at a steal. So trying to replace it in today's market will be trash. House values have almost doubled since then.

This is so sad, may his son have a full recovery. And these houses are built cheap as fk, these days. But to collapse like this, looks like multiple building violations and cut corners.
