British real estate circles are buzzing after Beyoncé & Jay Z tour property in the English countryside...
BEYONCE has sparked suggestions she's upping sticks from her Stateside pad and moving to England.
The Halo hitmaker, who recently toured her Cowboy Carter gigs in London, has allegedly been seen viewing land in the Cotswolds countryside with rapper husband Jay-Z, 55.
Beyonce, 43, reportedly took a helicopter ride with her spouse, with whom she shares three kids, to get a better look at the Oxfordshire pile.
The land supposedly spanned 58 acres and a source told The Oxford Mail: "In the past week, Beyonce and Jay-Z flew via helicopter between her London gigs to view a 58-acre plot of land.
"Located close to friends Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, and with Simon Cowell and the Beckhams as neighbours, she felt it would be an ideal UK home for her family, away from the city when they're in the country."
Her chopper is reported to have landed at Enstone Airfield, with the visit squeezed in between her London shows.
Sources previously told MailOnline the "land and space" offered in the Cotwolds proved a huge draw and previously said: "The wildfires have given them a good reason to look outside of Los Angeles to build new bases.
"They will always be based in LA but the UK is on the agenda.
"Beyonce loves the UK because they support everything she does."
Stars with homes there include the Beckhams and model Kate Moss, 51.

Yawn, they have been leaking fake stories like this about shopping for Mansions all over the world for decades and havent made one purchase. Anybody remember Bey & Jay buying a home & moving to PARIS. (Google it) actually RWS has an old blog post about it.

If they wanted to leave to escape crimes they allegedly committed they wouldn't be moving to the UK. They absolutely would extradite them back to America if that were the case. Russell being in Bali? Now that's someone trying to not get sent back here to face their accusers.
