Porsha Williams Wins Bitter Divorce Battle

For the past year The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Porsha Williams and her estranged husband, Nigerian businessman Simon Guobadia, have been fighting tooth and nail over the enforcement of their prenuptial agreement, with Simon calling the document unfair considering the marriage lasted less than 500 days [click here if you missed that]. 

The judge has ruled in Porsha's favor... 

According to the terms of the prenuptial agreement Porsha gets to stay in the house for 36 months and Simon has to transfer the deed to a mutual trust with both of their names. If Porsha can't refinance the mortgage in her name only, the house will be sold, with Porsha receiving a portion of the proceeds.

Porsha will also receive a lump sum payment, alimony and Simon has to pay her legal fees.
