This week a Black male juror was kicked off Bad Boy Entertainment CEO, Sean 'Diddy' Combs', human trafficking and RICO trial after prosecutors discovered inconsistencies in his answers about his residency [click here if you missed that].
Now another juror is being investigated for discussing the case with a former colleague...
From The Daily Mail
Judge Arun Subramanian cleared the courtroom on Tuesday after releasing the jury, saying he received an application to do so before discussing an unspecified matter.
The judge did not say what would be discussed but he mentioned earlier there were concerns about a juror discussing the case with a former colleague.
It comes after Judge Arun Subramanian dismissed a juror over 'clear inconsistencies' in his answers last week and during jury selection about whether he resided in New York or with a girlfriend in New Jersey.

ready for this to be over #freediddy
I smell an appeal coming. Cassie and everybody has to testify all over again. Womp Womp. LOLO
To all diddy’s victims: Matthew 10:28 “ And do not fear those who k!ll the body but cannot k!ll the soul. But rather fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in h3ll.”
Mistrial chance I on the rise!
This fool is hoping for a mistrial but they are never, ever going to him out.
A Mistrial will be a legal option if the juror has loose lips. It will be the courts own fault. The jury should have been sequestered.
2:20 I absolutely agree. The jury should have been sequestered. Part of the case involves Diddy paying off witnesses. This was just lazy and cheap.
Agreed 220 for such a high profile case, I was surprised they weren’t. And then told not to watch/ listen to anything or discuss it when there is so much around discussing the case. That judge was either being to nice or is extremely naive or lazy… idk but it made no sense…
