Cassie Ventura's lawyer Doug Wigdor said on Wednesday 'We're pleased that he's finally been held responsible for two federal crimes.'
Diddy was convicted of transportation to engage in prooostitution but acquitted of the most serious charges, six-trafficking and racketeering.
Wigdor added that 'this case proved that change is long overdue and we will continue to fight on behalf of survivors.'
The lawyer said Cassie 'paved the way' for the convictions.
'Although the jury did not find Combs guilty of six-trafficking Cassie beyond a reasonable doubt, she paved the way for a jury to find him guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution.

He wants to get out with 1mill until sentencing. He doesn't deserve it. Spend every nasty minute behind bars. LOLO

Can't you just take he $30 million and move on with life? You won. We get it. He's still lost even though he was not convicted of the most serious crimes. His life is now and forever will be changed. He will never be in this same circle that he was once before. So in effect, mission was accomplished. Move on, stop commenting and go on with your life and be happy with your husband and babies period and no, I'm not part of diddy's camp. I just understand you can't heal if you're still commenting and reliving things.
I don’t think she wanted to pursue him criminally. I think the feds just wanted him after seeing everything she listed in her complaint and had evidence to confirm a lot of it. She wouldn’t or didn’t have a choice to provide the info once they seized upon him.
Why does he have a statement if his client is $30million richer, less his fees, and 3 kids deep in a "happy family". It was proven that she was paid to travel and have sex. Plenty been flewed out, Diddy was just dumb enough to get too comfortable doing it.
They should be concerned that Puff will sue her

^Wrong. Puff has grounds to sue Cassie especially now that he has been Acquitted of the crimes her lawsuit against him is what drew the ire from the federal prosecution to begin filing charges against him in the 1st place!
Diddy DEFINITELY Has Grounds to bring lawsuits against Cassie now that he's been Acquitted of the more serious federal charges!
