Faith Evans is accused of enriching herself from a fat $100 million deal involving The Notorious B.I.G. and now Biggie’s fam is dragging her to court, claiming she’s been hoarding the bag.
According to documents filed in Delaware and unsealed July 8, Faith Evans is being sued by the estate of Biggie’s late mom, Voletta Wallace, for allegedly keeping the trust’s cut of the massive catalog sale to Primary Wave.
The suit says she cut out the trust from both the money and the business side of things after Voletta passed in February.

Wayne Barrow, who manages the trust, is calling foul. He says Evans became the sole manager of Biggie’s estate after Voletta died and has been moving shady ever since.
The lawsuit claims she’s been handing out checks to Biggie’s kids, Ty’anna and CJ, and probably herself, but skipped the trust.
“Ms. Evans has distributed sale proceeds to Ty’anna, CJ, and presumably to herself,” Barrow wrote. “She, however, has wrongfully withheld the Trust’s share of the proceeds, in the amount of [redacted],” Billboard reported.
Barrow also says she’s been ghosting him on all business matters and acting like the trust doesn’t even exist.
“Ms. Evans’s actions are particularly troubling given that, unlike Mr. Barrow, she has never previously been involved in the LLC’s management,” the petition reads.
He’s now asking the court to force Faith Evans to cough up the trust’s share of the sale. Barrow says the money is supposed to go to the Christopher Wallace Memorial Foundation.
He also wants her booted as manager of the LLC and wants the court to let him take over.

Is this some greedy person that wants control of the money so he can rob the trust blind himself. There is no need for a trust now that mom died. The money should go to Faiths coke habit and support the kids. LOLO
Shes giving the money to the ones who are actually entitled to it. Whats the actual problem?
Is there (still) an agreement of some sort, and if so is she abiding by it?
Faith was married to Biggie at the time of his death. She has all rights to the money and she didn't have to give any to his MOM's trust. The proper heirs got their rightful monies.
Kinda off the subject but, Faith has a beautiful voice and was always so underrated. If she makes a gospel album it's guaranteed to go at least platinum
Nobody left for the family trust but Biggies kids. His daughter is not Faith’s child and by law Faith owes her nothing. Ms. Wallace is gone. Faith as Big’s wife and beneficiary by law at the time of his death, took care of Ms. Wallace and had a fair and amicable relationship with her. Now that Ms. Wallace is gone, by law, Faith don’t owe nobody. Neither of Biggies kids are minors. This person sounds like a grifter.
The best laid plans will go wrong due to unseen circumstances or events. Ms Wallace meant well but her plans may not pan out as she wished. As long as Faith and the adult children aren't fighting, everything else can be worked out.
Faith was MARRIED to big when he died. No matter what anyone thinks she is the heir to all his shiz. And has been more than fair to everyone involved. She even stated in her book she was newly pregnant and dealing with all the estate stuff after he died. She didn’t have to give his mom anything but anyway she’s the wife so everyone has to deal. And who is this guy anyway? I think she’s good she’s taking care of his son and daughter and herself as she should. The end.
