Now Milagro has been ordered to pay Meg $5,000...
From Complex
According to legal documents obtained by Complex, a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida is ordering Gramz, whose real name is Milagro Elizabeth Cooper, to pay fees incurred by the rapper's lawyers for forcing the disclosure of Cooper's texts, as well as other potential evidence.
Megan’s lawyers believe that some important texts and WhatsApp messages may have been tampered with, but the judge has yet to rule on that issue.
The rapper’s legal team claimed that Gramz missed the May 27 deadline to provide digital records that included her private messages and metadata that are connected to her public accusations. Despite the formal requests, her lawyers claim that Gramz has not submitted anything to them.
They’re also seeking for the court to compel immediate compliance and waive any objections that the blogger could raise.
Megan’s lawsuit against Milagro for engaging in an alleged “campaign of harassment” against the rapper was filed last year.
