Roc Nation has asked the court to hold the CEO’s daughter in contempt after an interview led to thousands of threats.
Desiree Perez is asking a Florida court to hold her daughter Demoree Hadley in contempt after an online interview and Instagram activity allegedly violated a court order and triggered a wave of threats against the Roc Nation CEO and her legal team.
The nasty family feud stems from a lawsuit Hadley filed in May 2025, accusing her mother and Roc Nation of orchestrating her involuntary psychiatric commitment under Florida’s Baker and Marchman Acts.
Hadley claims Perez used her influence to detain her for over two weeks without cause, alleging false claims of drug abuse and suicidal behavior.
In response to the lawsuit, Roc Nation secured a special court order barring Hadley and her husband from making public statements about the case, including on social media.
According to court filings, Hadley violated that order by participating in an interview with YouTuber Tasha K and allowing the video to be shared on her Instagram page.
The company says Hadley “affirmatively violated this Court’s Special Order and publicize[d] an interview she gave about this case to further influence public perception.”
Hadley told the court she didn’t intentionally share the video and that Tasha K added her as a “collaborator,” which automatically posted the video to her account.

REMEMBER both sides walked away & Jay PUBLICALLY declared a victory. [ Buzzbees techbook legal style (he just wants the check you keep the fame & your reputation ) ]
They are now locked in a vicious messy law suit over back stabbing & double crossing each other.

Legally Rymir has absolute no standing anywhere in any court in this nation, so he's only an issue in the heads of Black conspiracy theorists who hate Jay. We have no way of knowing whose telling the truth between Desiree and Demoree, but I don't know what Demoree is gaining by making her story public.
From what I understand, Demoree only made her story public when she was involuntarily committed by her mother and accused of being on drugs, which she proved false. I never heard her say anything about Roc Nation or her mother before that. To me it's like she's saying you wanna play, let's play. And I'm here for it because Jay'n'em are all frauds and liars. These so-called billionaires and the minions who do their daily dirty work don't have clean hands.

From what I understand about the Ramir case, his mom supposedly filed for child support and should have been awarded it except for alleged foul play on the part of Jay. So there is some room for his case due to all that.

@6:35 Without DNA proof Ramir's mother would never have been able to file for child support. If she had proof this case would have been solved years ago. Saying Jay Z somehow tricked her out of her money is b.s. She has no standing with any court in this country.

Jay was just ordered by a judge to provide DNA.
Considering the legal cost over the years, to keep challenging, ducking & diving, it doesn't make any kind of good business sense to keep running - its been over 10 plus years. Sit down & settle it. Dead it in 15 mins. Then close the book on it FOREVER.

@5:30 & 7:45-All that was unnecessary to take up space on here to post. Most f not all of us who have a summary of an understanding of the law knows this. You posted this long drawn out posts for attention on yourself. But the jokes on you because no one's reading all of that.
Jay uses his wife, Beyonce as a buffer to cover his wrongdoings. People fall for it. I do believe this woman and Nicki are speaking facts although they are kind of all over the place. It seems to be a lot cover on the blogs because some things are left out intentionally.
