Al B. Sure Threatened with Legal Action Over Kim Porter Diddy Claims

This week singer Al B. Sure claimed to have proof of a conspiracy orchestrated by Bad Boy Entertainment CEO, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, to suppress information about the death of Kim Porter [click here if you missed that].

Now Al B. has been hit with a cease and desist...

The singer claimed Sean “Diddy” Combs hired public strategy firm Actum to wipe headlines and digital footprints related to the 2018 death of Kim Porter. Al B. Sure! suggested a full-blown media cover-up was underway, alleging that up to 27 news outlets were influenced to bury stories about Porter.
In a cease-and-desist letter sent out by Michael Eisner of Eisner Law, Actum strongly denied ever working with Diddy or being involved in any sort of media suppression. Eisner called Al B. Sure!’s claim “categorically false and defamatory,” and warned that legal action is underway.
“Actum has never provided any services to Diddy, or to any of his affiliated companies or associates, either directly or indirectly,” the statement reads. “We are working with our legal team and will be taking immediate action.”

Sure has since deleted the claims.
