Video shared with TMZ Hip Hop apparently showed the "Old Town Road" singer shirtless and pantless as he roamed down Ventura Boulevard in the Studio City neighborhood around 4 a.m. Thursday.
At one point, he was seen placing an orange traffic cone on top of his head.
Several people in the area reported the incident to police.
Responding officers with the Los Angeles Police Department contacted Nas, who reportedly charged at them. He was taken into custody, LAPD confirmed. The police department said the rapper was arrested for battery on a police officer.
Officers told paramedics Nas was suffering from a possible overdose, and he was taken to the hospital.

It does appear strange some1 posted as "In more important news" that they think a commenter- that they're clearly stalking and trolling apparently like a real stalker would do- is on Snitch. It's concerning to say the least.
