Lil Nas X Being a Model Prisoner

Last week rapper Lil Nas X was arrested in LA after seemingly having a psychotic break that resulted in him walking down the street naked and assaulting a police officer [click here if you missed that]. 

According to reports Lil Nas has been a model prisoner behind bars...

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... police haven't had any issues with Lil Nas since he arrived at the jail in Van Nuys this week. We're told the "Old Town Road" rapper hasn't tried to put on any shows or sung for those also at the jail ... though, it's not like he'd have much on an audience.

Since Lil Nas is currently in a pre-arraignment jail, there's not a lot of activities going on ... with most people finding themselves there for a few days at most.

The rapper does have access to TV, as a few are set up so those detained can watch from the cells -- but don't expect Netflix, as it's local channels only.

He's currently eating 3 meals a day, too ... with a variety of different options, including chicken, bean and cheese burritos, cereal, fruit, etc.
