It's her money so if she wanted to giver her $7k she can do that. Good for her and good on that young lady for DOING HER JOB. Service people like those waitresses kill me getting angry at folks who come into a business near closing time. If the doors are open for business then the business is OPEN. Don't be mad at me because your sign says closes at 10p and I walk in at 9:30pm. That's a ghetto mentality. And if you don't want to deal with late comers or stragglers, find another shift or choose a different job.
This happened to me and I blessed the waitress with a $50 tip for a $25 breakfast 2 pancakes and 1 sausage order. They were about to switch over to lunch but I told the nasty women you have 20 minutes and she walked away. Another girl came and took my order after 5 minutes of waiting and I gave her a $50 tip, took my order to go and NEVER returned.

Be aware that waiters/waitress will do stuff to your food before you get it if your nasty to them. And that's a fact. LOLO
