They ARE married, the judge questioned Rocky's attorney on the first day of trial. Rocky's attorney CONfirmed that they are indeed husband and wife.
WRONG! He did not confirm it. The attorney said some mumbo jumbo about them being common law or something like that.

The attorney told the judge & the court that A$AP Rocky & Rihanna were"Common Law Husband & Wife" resulting in the judge saying that the "court will not recognize them as married" thus they did not confirm anything but they aren't legally married!
