Celebrating Dollree Mapp, whose landmark Supreme Court case Mapp v Ohio made any evidence obtained during unlawful searches inadmissible in a court of law...
So them krakkas came back with a fake warrant. Sounds about white. Kudos to this queen for standing up for herself and it's a good thing SCOTUS got something right back then. Too bad they're now completely corrupt and a pawn of the orange idiot. Black people have no idea how much we're about to feel the fallout even more than we already are from his appointments.
@8:21am. Say it louder for the people on the short bus. This administration is making GENERATIONAL changes. Starting with the erasure of our history in Texas and Florida, the removal of DEI from Federal and State contracts, and the buy-in of the media, tech companies and universities. This is not the normal fallout from a new or different administration.
I think the HBCUs will play an important role in challenging these changes (and MAYBE our Black churches), but it won’t be easy and it won't be quick.
Sadly, DEI isn't just affecting governments. My sister is a upper level CEO for a MAJOR banking institution - the third-largest banking institution in the United States by assets. This year they decided to select only YT people to attend their annual conference for outstanding black professionals. Why? Because they decided it wasn't "fair" to select candidates based on race so all the higher level bosses chose to send their WHITE employees instead. So not a single black employee in this corporate office was chosen to attend a BLACK MUTHAFKIN conference about Black PROFESSIONALS. When she told me I was like What Thee entire FK is wrong with these people? Answer: EVERYTHING.

She was wonderful. Another determined Black woman. Thanks, Snitch.
