Emani tells the media,
"I feel very confident in my case... my position is the same. She assaulted and battered me and I don't want her to get away with it. I don't want it to be overlooked."
"What she's done to me she's done to other people in the past and if she gets away with it she will continue to do it in the future. We seen a little bit of what she did to one of the reporters out here. She launched something at him and it's unacceptable."

She could very well win on appeal.
I'm usually against people suing for millions but I think she deserved something if she was physically hurt. She should be compensated for that and then throw in a little for pain & suffering cause that rabid bish Cardi does need to be taught a lesson. That angry bird can't control herself to save her life. It makes me wonder if she lashes out at her kids like that.

She followed a patient at a doctor's office during the coarse of her duties and filmed on her personal cell phone whilst working. As a non-celebrity i would have happily knocked her head off her shoulders if it was just plain Ole me. She reminds me of a few top flight security guards I've encountered. You may not like Cardi, but top flight was dead wrong.
