Emani Ellis Emboldened by Cardi B Post Verdict Outburst

Yesterday rapper Cardi B shocked bystanders after angrily throwing a marker at a reporter outside the court house, following her victory over assault allegations, for asking an inappropriate question about the paternity of her alleged unborn child [click here if you missed that].

Emani Ellis, who accused Cardi of attacking her for recognizing her at the doctors office in a failed $24 million civil lawsuit, is now pressing forward with her appeal using Cardi's public outburst as proof...

Emani tells the media,

"I feel very confident in my case... my position is the same. She assaulted and battered me and I don't want her to get away with it. I don't want it to be overlooked." 

"What she's done to me she's done to other people in the past and if she gets away with it she will continue to do it in the future. We seen a little bit of what she did to one of the reporters out here. She launched something at him and it's unacceptable."
