This week Nigerian businessman, Simon Guobadia, referred to his ex wife, Porsha Williams, as 'Ms. 265' referencing the time she mistakenly said there were 265 days in a year, to insult her after she celebrating his divorce appeal being denied [click here if you missed that].

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia denied Guobadia's application for discretionary appeal on Tuesday, Sept. 9.
"It's over!!!!" Williams wrote on her Instagram Stories, in celebration. "Thank Goodness. Grateful."
She followed up the post with a video of her walking onto a private plane, set to "Free," the 2004 tune by Destiny's Child. "😘 Free …✌🏾," she wrote, hashtagging the post "Ms265" in a playful reference to a famous on-air blunder she made during an episode of the Bravo reality series.
