Welp, the streets are talking an Stefon allegedly welcomed a baby with instagram model Cay Benji and they may possible be expecting a set of twins...
According to TMZ Stefon was spotted outside a hospital in May holding a baby carrier.
Coincidentally earlier this month Instagram model Cay Benji celebrated her daughter's first 3 months and the comments are full of her friends telling her how much the baby looks like Steff.
Cay also hinted that she may be pregnant again with twins.
