I understand the need for tipping in today's society but I have never liked the practice. Something about it seemed very unfair and imbalanced when I considered certain industries required tipping and others didn't when they labor involved wasn't equally measured. Now I understand why. Thanks for the edification Snitch. I had no idea of the history behind it.
