SEAN ‘Diddy’ Combs has had another legal win as a judge has dismissed a sixual assault lawsuit after a former yacht stewardess sued him and his son, Christian.

Grace O’Marcaigh alleged that she was drugged on a yacht chartered by Diddy in December 2022 before Christian attacked her onboard.

Aaron Dyer, an attorney for the Combs family, previously told CNN that they believe the lawsuit contained “manufactured lies and irrelevant facts,” and they were seeking to “dismiss this outrageous claim.”

New documents obtained by The U.S. Sun show they filed a motion to dismiss that has now been granted by a judge.

In a filing in support of the defendants’ motion to dismiss, Diddy’s legal team claimed, “Plaintiff alleges no facts to support an aiding and abetting claim against Sean Combs.

“No facts about Sean’s alleged knowledge, participation, or substantial assistance in Christian’s alleged assault.
