This week Michael 'Swvayo Train' Archer II, son of the late Neo-Soul singers Angie Stone and D'Angelo announced that the statement attributed to him concerning his father's death was not authorized [click here if you missed that].
After making that statement Swvayo Train shared a throwback interview with him and Angie Stone explaining their complicated relationship with D'Angelo...
Meanwhile D'Angelo's daughter Imani appears to have had a completely different experience.
The son is smiling and beaming with pride when his father shares that he was the inspiration for the album. Angie was the one salty because of the relationship status during that time. They were showing separate emotions during that clip.
This is all very stupid and unnecessary. The man just passed away for petes sake! Can they not dig up old negative crap? I hope they don't start no BS trying to tarnish his image and paint him in a bad light b/c D was private, never problematic and wasn't an attention seeker when he was alive so they need to let him RIP for real. Ugh!
I hope D had a will set up. Most Blacks dont if they have something to pass on to family members. Ppl act like they will never die. We only have each moment in a day. LOLO

I’m so confused about this relationship.
There's another child outhere out.
D'Angelo has 2 sons.
Was D Angelo actually talking to his son or was he reacting to an old video of his dad talking?
The son was reacting to an old video. At the time he was probably a toddler.
