In his mugshot, Darius, 49, displayed a grey beard and maintained a stern facial expression.
He did not crack a smile, as he had in his past mugshots, and instead appeared solemn.
The 90s sitcom star was originally behind bars in San Diego, California, following an arrest last month for years of failing to pay child support for his teenage son.
The TV actor was arrested for failing to pay nearly $75,000 in past-due child support and booked in Oakland County Jail in Michigan on October 29, 2025, court records state.
Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Amanda Shelton issued a warrant for Darius’s arrest in Michigan in August 2024 because of past-due child support that added up to almost $75,000.
Updated court papers show that the past-due amount “is substantially higher” now.
Court papers claim that Darius only saw his son once between 2016 and 2022.
Documents filed by the child’s mother claim that Darius had been a “source of disappointment and fear” for his teenage son.

Not giving him a pass for his lack of presence, but why would his son fear him if he’s never around?
