Sean “Diddy” Combs was sentenced to more than four years in prison Friday — solidifying the hip-hop icon’s fall from grace after his depraved secrets were exposed in a blockbuster, stomach-churning sex crimes trial.
“You abused them, physically, emotionally and psychologically,” Judge Arun Subramanian told Combs before heading down the sentence of 50 months at the end of a marathon nearly six-hour long hearing.
“Why did it happen for so long? Because you had the power and resources to keep it going, and because you didn’t get caught,” Subramanian said.
“A meaningful sentence is needed to protect the public for further crimes.”
Combs’ sentence is shorter than the roughly five-to-six-year term recommended under federal guidelines, as well as the more than 11 years sought by prosecutors.
But it’s also a far cry from the 14-month, time-served sentence his high-powered defense team had argued he deserved.

we already knew that they wasn't to let him get away unscalthed. and the arrogrance of booking speaking events, fool if they would've let you out, aint no way, i would've been in public no time soon. STAY HUMBLE
he already has 12 months time served so its more 38 months probably up for parole in half that time
His sentence is a little over 4 years.
He has 14 months time served,which will be deducted.
He is eligible for special drug program early release,
He is eligible for reduced time for good behavior, he is also eligible for department of probation halfway house programs.
He will get alll of those and be in a halfway house by Christmas....
He's done. In so may ways. Shouldn't even post about him no more. Thats how done he is. Did it to himself. His actions caught up to him.

He’ll be out in about 2 years like someone else said. My career criminal DD friend has a record the length of an ancient Chinese scroll and dude is always out on parole 2 years into his sentences…never fails.
