Tyler Perry Files Motion to Dismiss Derrick Dixon Lawsuit

Two months ago Tyler Perry was officially served with the $260 million civil lawsuit suit filed by former 'Tyler Perry's The Oval' cast member Derrick Dixon, accusing Perry of unwanted advances [click here if you missed that].

Tyler has responded with a motion to dismiss...

According to Youtube vlogger, Pam Esquire the Law Intelect, Perry's team filed the motion to dismiss claiming California is the wrong jurisdiction and accuses Dixon of forum shopping because all of their business was conducted in Georgia.

Tyler also denied all of Dixon's claims and accused him of cultivating a relationship for financial gain.
