According to reports Akon checked the box for 'no spousal support' on his response to Tomika's divorce petition in L.A. Superior Court on Friday, but Tomika checked the box not pay Akon spousal support on her petition first.
While neither wants to pay the other spousal support Tomika asks for joint legal custody of their 17-year-old daughter.

Word on the street is he's broke like Nikki. Asj the contractors who stopped wok on Akon city because of non-payment. He dont want to pay it because he ain't got it. 🤷🏽♀️
