Saudia Arabia’s biggest music festival has been thrown into disarray after headliner Cardi B pulled the plug on her set.
MDLBeast Soundstorm is due to take place in just 12 days.
But I’m told rapper Cardi, who welcomed her fourth son on November 4, is now refusing to fly to Riyadh to perform.
My insider says: “Forget a soundstorm, it’s a s**tshow right now. To say Cardi pulling out has kicked up a stink with the Saudis is an understatement.”
The government-funded festival has splashed out more than £225million to secure an A-list line-up – with acts including Calvin Harris, Post Malone, Swedish House Mafia and Benson Boone.
But my insider adds: “MDLBeast Soundstorm hasn’t totally sold out – and that seems to have made Cardi even more determined not to play.
“It’s frustrating because she knew she would have recently given birth when she signed up to perform so the organisers are pulling their hair out.
“Cardi has been offered bigger private jets and even more luxurious accommodation in a bid to get her to come over, but she’s digging her heels in.
“There’s now a mad scramble to try and find another artist to take her place which is going to cost the earth, given the festival kicks off in less than two weeks.”
I feel sorry for whoever has been left trying to find a superstar replacement.

That's messed up.
I’m confused at how the men over there require the women to cover their whole entire bodies yet they have a Cardi B whose lyrics are vulgar and she be dressed half naked, how do you have her perform over there? Make it make sense!
