According to a filing obtained by the Mirror US, Diddy did not stop harassing Richard while in prison. "In September 2024, while incarcerated, Combs tampered with a key witness in Plaintiff's case, validating Plaintiff's ongoing fear and demonstrating his continued efforts to intimidate her and manipulate the narrative to discredit her claims," it read.
"There is no indication that Combs’ ability or willingness to act on his threats ever ceased," it added.
The latest filing also included claims that Diddy warned Richards to stay silent after she witnessed him physically assault his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Richard's filing claims that Diddy said, "If you say anything, there will be consequences," and claimed that he makes things "go away" and people "end up missing."
