Nicki Minaj Catches a Break in Defamation of Character Case

Last week it was reported that rapper Nick Minaj's longtime attorney withdrew from the $10 million federal defamation of character lawsuit, filed by one of her biggest fans, with very little notice [click here if you missed that].

Nicki just caught a break in the case...

According to reports Nicki's new legal team was granted a 45-day extension to get up to speed on the lawsuit. 

Nicki is being sued by former Barb, Tameer Peak, who is accusing her of publicly humiliating him and ordering her fan base to attack him.
