The are LEGALLY SEPARATED with divorce pending. He's just broke and trying to shake her down for cash. They both have said they were seperated and not living together when she started messing with Steffon. Another stupid but richer choice on her part.

@9:41am and 11:34am - Offset IS the legal father of Cardi's most recent child. Georgia is not the only state that has that law. It is irrelevant that they have a pending divorce and live separately. 11:34am - your ENTIRE 2nd paragraph is also completely irrelevant. Many couples file for divorce and get back together.
