Celebrating, Daniel Webster '80 John' Wallace, a Texas cattle rancher who was born enslaved but became one of the most successful and respected ranchers in the West, owning more than 8,000 acres of land and amassing a personal fortune of more than a million dollars at the time of his death, and whose descendants still run his ranch today...
