The legal battle accusing The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Drew Sidora of using “scare tactics” to avoid paying the full amount owed on an alleged debt has been dismissed, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
Court docs reveal Sidora, 40, and a woman named Claudia Gregory were set for a trial on November 20, but the case was dismissed.
Gregory and Sidora have been going back and forth in court for months.
On February 20, Gregory filed a claim against Sidora in a Georgia court. Gregory claimed she provided Sidora a loan for $23,543, which was to be repaid by January. She said Sidora only paid back $12,543 and still owed $11,500. (Drew’s lawyer JJ Poole tells Us, “Please be advised that our client, Drew Sidora, categorically denies all allegations set forth by Claudia Gregory.”)
In the suit, Gregory claimed Sidora refused to pay the outstanding balance and had been using “scare tactics” to “coerce” her into accepting less than what was owed.
Gregorgy attached an alleged cease and desist that Sidora’s assistant sent her on November 9, 2024. The letter read, “Your repeated calls, text messages and threats directed at Drew Sidora, her team, family members and friends are unacceptable and must cease immediately.”
The letter continued, “We are aware of breaches you have committed against [the NDA]. While we will address these violations in detail once the [loan is paid off], please understand that your conduct has irreparably damaged the relationship between you and [Sidora].”
“Due to your behavior and NDA violations, Drew Sidora can no longer trust or communicate with you,” Sidora’s assistant allegedly wrote.
Gregory’s lawsuit demanded $11,300 in damages.
