Now Keefe's trial has been delayed after his legal team argued there were 'voluminous' amounts of evidence to go through...
From News 3LV
A trial date for the man charged with the 1996 murder of rap icon Tupac Shakur has been pushed back by several months.
District Court Judge Carli Kierny reset the trial for Duane "Keffe D" Davis to begin on Aug. 10, 2026, per court records.
That's a delay of six months from the previously scheduled start date of Feb. 9.
Robert Draksovich, Davis' attorney, asked for a delay because the amount of discovery to comb through was "voluminous," court records state. Prosecutors did not object to the delay.
Davis changed legal teams in August, hiring Draskovich and Michael Pandullo to represent him after he was found guilty of fighting another inmate while in Clark County Detention Center. He was sentenced to 16 to 40 months in prison with credit for time served.

This man is being blamed for something he didn’t do. They had to blame somebody.

They can keep pushing it back, he's not going anywhere.
