All Mariah Carey wants for Christmas is you....to buy tickets for her half-empty residency in Vegas.
The so-called 'Queen of Christmas' kicked off a limited run of her 'Christmastime in Las Vegas' on November 28 – complete with a sparkly candy cane gown, giant snowflakes, and the holiday classics she has been milking every December for decades.
But the Daily Mail can reveal the 56-year-old diva has been struggling to fill seats since then.
Even with tickets selling for as little as $89 for this Friday night at the Dolby Live theater at the Park MGM, the seating chart for the night indicates it's only half sold so far.
'But you know what? Nobody on her team is gonna tell Mariah,' a veteran Vegas security chief told the Daily Mail exclusively.
'They go out and give comp tickets away and Mariah will come out and be looking at what seems like a big audience and she won't be the wiser.'

Mariah is just like all these other mill-biily-aires who trot around on stage for a few hours or less -- out of touch with reality and only interested in taking working people's money. They'd never see mine.
Besides cost of living and unemployment rising, her voice and stage presence is not worth it. She sounds hoarse like how Mary sounds scratch-y now, and I don’t think no one wants to sit thru that for more than an hour.
I'll purchase concert tickets for an artist that is known to put on a great show. Mariah ain't that

It has been in the news that people have not been going to Las Vegas like they used to due the economy and the inflated prices on everything. Mariah can't be blamed for this. I wish I could go to the show to support her.

Ohhh lawd this thread is reading MC something awful. I love the shade though. Didn't she just play there recently? She would have done better if she stayed in NY. Vegas you have to take plane, hotel and a ticket with this economy that's only working for the rich. Sorry girl you already sitting on stacks of doe. I need my coins. Im waiting for Xmas to pass anyway. Im the Grinch this year. LOLO
