Stefon's attorney reveals he is in the process of negotiating a financial settlement...
From Boston25 News
Diggs’ attorney, Michael DiStefano, made a remote appearance in Dedham District Court on Tuesday, seeking to have the police report impounded, arguing that the details should remain sealed.
DiStefano also disclosed to the court that Diggs has made a financial offer to resolve the dispute with the alleged victim in this case.
“As we speak, they’re working to come to an agreement on that,” DiStefano said.
The judge said she’d take the request under advisement before allowing the release of the unredacted report, which revealed disturbing allegations of violence against a woman who claimed to be Diggs’ personal chef. The judge also agreed to consider a request to extend Diggs’ arraignment date to March.
The veteran wide receiver is currently scheduled to be arraigned on Friday, Jan. 23, just two days before the AFC Championship game is scheduled to be played.

Surely, the league wants this to go away.
This is what happens when you don't have any graditude for all your blessings. He's on a winning team, healthy, money, and dirty D families all over the place.
Another one that can't keep his hands to himself. Stand in line with Chris B, Doodoo Diddy, Taint Songs and many other football players.
After this pay out there will be more to come. Now he's an easy target for more law suits .LOLO
Bad week for the family. His cornerback brother was canned by Dallas losing a mega-million dollar contract.
@10:27 AM - Bravo and Amen!
He's never beating the allegations, ever.
