Rachel Lindsay is feeling "free" after the end of her marriage.
The former Bachelorette settled her divorce from Bryan Abasolo last January, but is only now truly feeling like that chapter of her life is in the past.
The couple met on The Bachelorette in 2017 and wed in 2019. Abasolo, 45, filed for divorce in January 2024, which Lindsay, 40, said left her "shocked."
In their 2025 divorce settlement, Lindsay was ordered to pay the chiropractor $500,000 and was given a deadline of Jan. 7, 2026 to complete the payments. She was credited for her previous spousal support payments, so she ended up paying Abasolo $460,229.
On Wednesday, Jan. 28, Lindsay, 40, tells PEOPLE she "just finished paying off" Abasolo and it feels like "I just gave birth to a baby or I just let go."
"We are free. We are happy," she says at Ray Ban's Pre-Grammy celebration. "Can you see the glow?"
