Will Smith's Attorney Calls Violinist's Lawsuit Baseless and Reckless

Last week Will Smith was named in a wrongful termination lawsuit filed by violinist, Brian King Jospeh, claiming Will Smith tried to groom him and turned a blind eye to alleged sixual harassment on his 'Based on a True Story' tour [click here if you missed that].

Will's attorney brands the claims baseless and reckless...

From People
“Mr. Joseph’s allegations concerning my client are false, baseless, and reckless," Allen B. Grodsky, an attorney for Smith, told PEOPLE in a statement on Jan. 1. "They are categorically denied, and we will use all legal means available to address these claims and to ensure that the truth is brought to light."
