Brian McKnight Suing The Rickey Smiley Morning Show and Radio Host Karen Clark for Defamation


Singer / songwriter Brian McKnight has filed a defamation of character lawsuit against the Rickey Smiley Morning Show and North Carolina radio host Karen Clark for speaking about his family issues...

According to Youtuber Pam the Law Intelect Brian Mcknight is suing The Rickey Smiley Morning Show for sharing a clip of Brian McKnight Jr. claiming Brian Sr. refused to tell his son Niko that he loved him before he died [click here if you missed that].

Brian is also suing Karen Clark from Foxy 107.1/104.3, for interviewing his ex wife, Julie Mcknight, claiming Karen asked 'leading questions' during the interview.

    Defamation or Free Speech? Did either of them make false statements that harmed his reputation or just express an unflattering opinions about him. Guess the courts will decide but either way he is feeling it in them pockets!
