According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Thursday, February 19, Boss’ mother, Connie Boss Alexander’s case against Holker, 38, was dismissed by a judge on February 9.
"The court finds California lacks personal and subject matter jurisdiction over [Holker] and minor children, and orders the entire action dismissed,” the filing read.
"In a response filing from February 2, Holker went on to claim that Boss Alexander only contacted the kids once in 2025 to wish Maddox a happy birthday in March.
“If Connie had called to speak to the children between April and September 2025 the children would likely have told her about our move as they were very excited about it and told everyone,” the docs read. “At all times Connie has had all of the children’s contact information, including my telephone number and email and my assistant’s email and telephone number.”

Please also need to realized, in a majority of the states, California being one, there is no such thing as Grandparents rights. It sucks, but, there just isn't any provisions

Grandma sued the mom over a book she wrote. That's what permanently ended visitation.
