Master P Says C-Murder Should Have Taken a Plea Deal

Last month Corey 'C-Murder' Miller was denied an appeal of his life without parole prison sentence after his conviction for the 2002 murder of 16-year-old Steven Thomas [click here if you missed that].

Corey's brother, Master P, says he would have been out of jail years ago if he had taken his advice...

I got a homeboy who did 27, because he refused to take a plea of 15. I lost so much respect for him, because his ego wouldn't allow him to just admit what he did. So instead of coming home in his 30s, he's damned near 50 and his best years are behind him. Ego is a hell of a drug.

Yeah he should’ve

P is correct but in fairness to C-Murder he is truly innocent of the crime so I can understand why he didn’t want to take the plea. But C-Murder also refuses to name who the actual murderer was (he knows who it is) and that refusal to “snitch” is a large part of why he’s still in prison now.
