Memphis rapper Pooh Shiesty will remain in custody after his arrest on kidnapping and robbery charges last week, a federal judge ruled in a Dallas court on Wednesday.
The judge ruled there was probable cause in the alleged kidnapping of Gucci Mane, ordering Lontrell Williams Jr. (Pooh Shiesty) to stay in jail.
Federal investigators said Pooh Shiesty pointed an AK-style pistol while demanding to be released from his contract.
However, the FBI said they do not have the alleged contract involved in the dispute, or any of the evidence seen online that led to Williams' arrest.
The FBI also admitted to not having interviewed Gucci Mane or any of the other victims in the alleged incident, only using testimony given to the Dallas Police Department at the scene.
As the FBI testified against Williams, he repeatedly shook his head, disagreeing with the charges being brought against him.

He does not deserve to be released from jail. How does a person comment a felony to another persons life and expect to get out to run the streets. LOLO

He's going to get life or close to it. At least he got out of his contract.
