A man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly entering rapper Nicki Minaj's property in Calabasas and refusing to leave, NBC4 Investigates learned.
The suspect, identified as 36-year-old Leland Adams, refused to heed the warning from the property's security, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department told NBC4 Investigates.
The security officers detained the man until deputies arrived.
Law enforcement told NBC Los Angeles that this is not the first time Adams was arrested in the Calabasas area.
It was not immediately clear whether the rapper or her family was at home at the time of the alleged trespassing.
Adams never made it inside the home, the sheriff's department said.
The suspect remained in custody as of Wednesday afternoon.
