character witnesses to help him out in court, and

surprise, surprise, none of the rappers who like

to sing about the bling they copped from him want

to testify. Most notably, Mr. Kanye West.

Puff stepped up and so did Busta, but does Jacob really

want these two repping for him? Busta ain't exactly

pristine right now. Seems like this guy would be

trying to distance himself from these types since

it's the rap community that got him into trouble.

Busta Rhymes Assault Victim Speaks Out

Check out the black eye, busted lip, and head knot

So this the kid Busta supposedly handed

a two piece last week. His name is Roberto LeBron

and according to him it went like this:

He and his friends were walking and he just happend to

spit at the same time Busta was driving down the street.

He admits his spit hit Busta's car.

Then he says Busta jumped out his Maybach and said

"Homie, did you just spit on my car?"

Then the kid says"I said, 'Sorry, I didn't mean to, "

"I said, 'We're big fans of yours.' And that's the last thing

I said. Then one of his people hit me in the face,

and I fell to the ground. While I was on the ground, Busta

was kicking me, and he kicked me in my face."

But that ain't all. Dude says Busta took his sneakers and tossed

them down the street!

So, not only is Busta not platinum after 9 weeks

on the charts, hell, he ain't even gold, but now he

bout to get sued!

Busta Rhymes Refusing to Help Investigation of Slain Bodyguard

Israel Ramirez, the bodyguard slain on the

Busta Rhymes video shoot, has two baby mama's.

One of them, Stephanie Hires, is angry that Busta

still hasn't helped put her baby daddy's killer behind bars

while the other one, Amelin Fernadez, says part of her wants

him to talk, but part of her understands.

"He takes care of me." she says, while on her way to Disney World.

Busta Rhymes Grilled Over Bodyguards Murder

Busta Rhymes got arrested last night after

assaulting a concert goer who spit on his car.

People in the know claim ordinarily a person

wouldn't be arrested for something like that,

but say cops used the opportunity to put Busta

under the hot lights about the killing of his former

bodyguard, Israel Ramirez, on the set for the Touch It Remix

video shoot. G-Unit soldier Tony Yayo is thought to have

something to do with the murder, but so far nobody

is talking. Sources claim there's audio of

the shooting with the killer calling

Busta the b-word before pulling the trigger.

If any arrests are made in the near future,

we'll know Busta cracked.

Busta Rhymes Says Jesus Was Black

Busta tells Guardian magazine,

"First of all, it's fact that Jesus was a black man.

That means he could have a descendant

that exists today that has dreadlocks and

has pants hangin' off his butt and makes rap records.

They don't want that to happen

- they don't want no one to know that there's a black man

that is more powerful than anybody on this planet right

now, that has a direct blood descendant trace to Jesus Christ."

I woulda been ready to back him up if he'd cited

Daniel 10:6 or Daniel 7:9 instead of

"The Da Vinci Code" as the basis of his argument.

Busta Rhymes Suing for Full Custody of His Kids

Rapper Busta Rhymes is suing

his baby mama for custody of their three children.

That's the word from Joanne Wood, Busta's former girlfriend.

She says Busta is definitely hurt that she left him

for a woman, after years of them being together and him proposing marriage.

In his lawsuit, Busta claims Joanne is intimate with her partner in front of their daughters,

uses drugs and is an absentee mother.

Dave Mays got his axx kicked, and he ain't talking!

Last week AllHipHop.com broke the rumor that somebody smashed Dave in a Miami club.

Well, according to the NYDaily News, that somebody is Busta Rhymes!

The paper said Busta busted Dave in the head with a bottle and Dave had to get about 50 stitches, and I heard Benzino was in the club too and didn't do sh*t to help his boy!

Dave is not cooperating with police.

Busta Rhymes Nasty Confrontation on South Beach

So Busta (when keepin' it real goes horribly wrong) Rhymes, was in a resturant in South Beach with wall to wall transgender girls and gay boys, and one kid tried to congratulate him on his new video, and what does Bus A Bus do? Shove the kid and have two big bodyguards rough him up.

Then he was overheard saying, "Man, I hate f**kin' fa**ots!"

My only question is, if you hate faggots, what were you doing there?
