was held for 11 hours in British customs yesterday before he was allowed into London to perform at the Orange RockCorps charity concert. Busta was being refused entry because of his convictions in the U.S. for carrying weapons and assault. Ludacris was flown in to replace him, but in the end Busta was allowed into the country.

Busta Rhymes Gets Probation

Busta Rhymes was sentenced to 3 years probation on March 18 in a Manhattan Criminal Court for assault and DUI charges that he plead guilty to earlier this year as part of a plea deal. Yesterday's sentencing covered his August 2005 kicking of fan Roberto Lebron after Lebron accidentally spit on a car in Busta's entourage at West 19th Street and Sixth Avenue. It also covered his December 2006 beatdown of his former driver, Eddie Hatchet, with whom he was arguing over back pay, as well as his admission to driving drunk on 11th Avenue in March 2007, and a minor license suspension. For the DUI and driving with a suspended license, Busta was ordered to pay $1,250 plus court costs and enroll in a drunken driving program. He was also ordered to give up his driver's license for six months.

Busta Rhymes, real name is Trevor Smith, leaves Manhattan Criminal court Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2008 in New York. A Manhattan judge sentenced Rhymes to three years' probation and 10 days of community service Wednesday for assaulting his former driver and a fan. The 35-year-old rapper was also fined $1,250 dollars, plus court costs, for driving while intoxicated and with a suspended license.

Busta Rhymes Unhappy Birthday

Spies say Busta Rhymes' 35th birthday wasn't too happy when he celebrated at club Suite in Miami this past weekend. They say he acted miserable and no one in his entourage spoke to him all night, while he just stood in a corner alone with his bodyguard. When one of the waitresses brought him a bottle of Cristal with a lit sparkler sticking out of the cork, he claimed he never wanted it and ordered her to send it back. They say he complained he wasn't paying for the liquor either and spent the rest of the night mouthing the words to his own songs.

I guess Busta Rhymes is tired of going back and forth to court, cause he settled a $100,000.00 battery suit filed against him by a fan who says Busta kicked his butt when he asked for an autograph. The guy actually filed back in 2005 but Busta never responed because they sent the summons to his baby mama's house. Do a search on Rhymes With Snitch about Busta and his baby mama. They do not get along. She says Busta is the reason she's a lesbian! Anyway the amout of the settlement was not disclosed.

So Busta went to court today and rejected a plea bargin that would have given him 1 year in jail, $1,500 in fines and a drinking and driving class. Instead he'll go to court July 10, 2007 to fight two DUIs and an assualt charge.

So the other night, Busta Rhymes got pulled over for having too dark a tint on his SUV and after they got him over, the cops smelled alcohol on his breath and arrested him for DUI. I hope he knows the cops are going to keep messing with him until he spills his guts in the Israel Ramirez case.

Busta Rhymes was barred from filming his new movie in New York city yesterday after the NYPD raised security concerns.
Rhymes is set to star in "Order of Redemption" with Tom Berenger.
The movie, which shot a scene on E. 48th St. yesterday, began filming without the rapper, the Mayor's Office of Film, Theatre & Broadcasting confirmed.
"The production agreed that Busta Rhymes would not be participating in the scenes shot here after the Police Department raised public safety concerns," Associate Commissioner Julianne Cho said.

Sunday night Busta Rhymes went to club Mood in Los Angeles with a few other guys, he's a regular there, and I guess this time he wasn't treated as a regular or maybe they're just tired of his cheap butt, cause when they told him he was required to buy 5 bottles or he would have to pay 40 dollars per person as cover charge, Busta turned around and left.

Busta Rhymes blew a red light in Tribeca last night and when cops pulled him over he was like, "You know me. You know who I am. You don't mean s**t. You hide behind the shield. This is bulls**t".

Busta mus ain't know his driver's license was suspended cause when cops told him, he changed all that tough talk real quick. Talking bout he had no idea his license was suspended and asking if they could help a brother out?

They helped him out alright. Helped him right to jail, then didn't arraign him for 18 hours.

They say when he finally got out, he left the court house so fast, one of his bodyguards got left behind.

Female Sergeant In Trouble For Allowing Busta Rhymes to Sneak Out of Court

A female sergeant is in hot water for sneaking Busta Rhymes out the back door instead of having him walk out the front, after his latest assualt arrest. All defendants are supposed to leave the courthouse through the public exits after they've been bailed out, but Bus was allowed to leave out the back, where he slipped onto a bus that dropped him off a few blocks away. Busta Dissed The Game At The BET Hip Hop Awards

I watched the BET Hip Hop awards last night.

The whole thing. So What! Get off me!

Anyway, Kat Williams was funny, the speeches were

long and boring, Baby and Weezy didn't kiss, blah, blah, blah.

Anyway,

The Game came on and did One Blood. His whole performance

consisted of him walking back and forth across the stage,

grabbing his crotch. It was weird, because it didn't even look

like a bravado thing, it looked more like an itchy crotch thing.

Anyway,

I noted it and let it pass.

But when it came time for Busta Rhymes to accept the Nitro

Move the Crowd award, he made it a point to say that a stage

show should be more than just walking back and forth across

the stage grabbing your crotch.
