Gary Dourdan Charged With 3 Felonies

CSI star Gary Dourdan has been charged with three felonies for possession of a controlled substance– heroin, cocaine and ecstasy. His arraignment is scheduled for May 28. "If convicted, Dourdan faces a probation term and could be required to complete a drug treatment program," said Michael Jeandron, a rep for the Riverside County District Attorney. "If he completes it, the charges will be dismissed." Dourdan, 41, was arrested on April 28th when cops found him sound asleep in his car surrounded by a buffet of illegal drugs. In a statement last weekend, Dourdan said: "Obviously I am embarrassed to find myself in this situation, and I am profoundly grateful to everyone for their support."

The Dope Wasn't Mine

That's his story and he's sticking to it. Gary Dourdan, who was arrested last week at 5am after parking his car on the wrong side of the road and falling asleep and investigating officers found "suspected" drugs, said in an email to Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson, “I am blessed that the Sgt. realized that the luggage carrying whatever they found was not mine and that my tests have been coming back negative. I’ve been happy to cooperate in any way to clear myself and go on with my blessed life.”

Carmelo Anthony Results Are In

When he was arrested April 14, Carmelo Anthony's blood-alcohol level was .148, close to twice the legal limit, sources have confirmed. The Denver Nuggets forward, who was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence, was scheduled for an arraignment hearing May 14, but it has been postponed for June 5 at 10 a.m. at the Denver County courthouse. On Monday, the Nuggets' season ended in the first round of the playoffs, with a loss to the No. 1-seeded Lakers.

Gary Dourdan Arrested

Ex-CSI star Gary Dourdan was arrested in Palm Springs yesterday on suspicion of possessing heroin, cocaine, ecstasy and prescription drugs. The actor was asleep in his car at 5:21 AM when officers approached his vehicle and made the arrest. Too bad this comes as no surprise to RWSers. We posted last week that Gary was let go from CSI because of his drug abuse problems.

Mike Tyson Receives One Day Sentence for DUI

Mike Tyson was sentenced to 24 hours in jail and three years‘ probation for drug possession and driving under the influence. Tyson faced a possible maximum sentence of four years and three months in prison. Police pulled him over after he'd spent the evening at Scottsdale‘s Pussycat Lounge. An officer said he saw Tyson wiping a white substance off the dashboard of his black BMW, and that his speech was slurred. Tyson told officers later that he used cocaine "whenever I can get my hands on it," and that he preferred to smoke it in Marlboro cigarettes with the tobacco pulled out, according to court documents. He also told police that he used marijuana that day and was taking the antidepressant Zoloft.
