Back in March "S.W.A.T.," starring Shemar Moore on CBS was canceled for the second time in two years [click here if you missed that].
Now Shemar is starring in a new "S.W.A.T." spin-off called, "S.W.A.T. Exiles..."
As part of a plea deal, Shemar Moore, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor count of exhibition of speed and got his DUI charges dropped. He was given 36 months' probation and agreed to serve DUI- related conditions, including not driving with alcohol in his system. He also agreed to 80 hours of community service and was given the choice of wearing an alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet.

Usher announced that he couldn't wait another minute to marry Tameka Foster so they moved their wedding date up to the end of this month.
Shemar got arrested for a DUI. He got pulled over after officers noticed him speeding near Santa Monica Blvd. at 1:30 AM. After he was stopped, cops reported that he "displayed signs of alcohol impairment and a DUI investigation was conducted." He was arrested and transported to a nearby station, where he took a breath test and was later booked. He was released on $5000.00 bond.
