Nicole Richie was charged with a misdemeanor DUI today, and that charge, coupled with another DUI she already had, could spell jail time for the waifish celebutant. Check it, for us normal people, in Cali, if you're convicted twice within ten years on a DUI, they can put you in jail. But that's just for us Normals. Tim Hardaway Banned From Star Weekend
The NBA banished Tim Hardaway from All-Star weekend in Las Vegas because of his anti-gay remarks.

Tracy Morgan Accepts Plea Deal
Tracy Morgan pleaded guilty this morning to misdemeanor DUI charges, stemming from an early morning bust in New York late last year.According to terms of the plea deal, Morgan must undergo supervised treatment by a doctor and stay out of legal trouble for six months. If he complies, he'll pay a $1000 fine and escape jail time. Morgan was also sentenced to an undetermined amount of community service.

Toni Braxton Loses Her Lawsuit Against Barry Hankerson
Toni wanted ten million from Barry for ruining her career, instead she had to return a $375,000.00 advance and Barry gets royalties off her next CD.
The lawsuit accused the Barry of putting his financial interests ahead of Toni's and inducing her to leave a lucrative deal with Arista through fraud, deception and double-dealing.
Barry, on Tuesday, disputed those allegations.
"She was dropped from Arista because of record sales," he said, adding that Toni did not want to move to Blackground Records but "there was nowhere else for her to go."
barry said his relationship with Toni soured because of her insistence that she involve her husband in her albums.
