Rick Ross Baby Mama Suing For Child Support

Even though you can catch him burning money in videos, the biggest boss that you've seen thus far, allegedly ain't paying his fair share of child support, if the mother of his 2 year old son is to be believed. Tiallondra Nicole Kemp claims Ross has not been contributing to their child's welfare and is asking for a paternity test so she can get her money. Tiallondra wants to be awarded child support under the 'Florida Child Support Guidelines' and wants shared responsibility over the child. For his part, Ross' attorney claims Rick already pays enough, amount not disclosed, and that he also pays the child's medical bills.

LisaRaye Is Back Home

After spending a wild week jet setting from Atlanta to New York getting photographed at party after party and sending out an emailed press release detailing her husband's infidelities with 106 and Park VJ Rocsi, the First Lady of Turks and Caicos islands, LisaRay McCoy Misick is back home in her palatial mansion. According to reports, LisaRaye has decided not to start divorce proceedings from her husband, Turks and Caicos Premiere Michael Misick.

Yung Berg Got Arrested

Yung Berg got arrested over the weekend after getting into a dispute with his limo driver. The driver called the cops, the cops found weed and a gun, Berg got charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of marijuana, menacing and locked up. Did somebody put the Miss Celie, "Till you do right by me everything you think about is gonna crumble" curse on him? This dude been on a major downward spiral ever since he made that "I don't do dark butts" comment on Shade 45 radio. He got booed in Dallas, nobody showed up to his party in D.C. and his set got cut short in North Carolina. Oh well.

R.I.P Isaac Hayes

Soul singer and arranger Isaac Hayes, who won Grammy awards and an Oscar for the theme from the 1971 action film “Shaft,” has died, sheriff’s officials in Memphis, Tennessee, said Sunday. Relatives found Hayes unconscious in his home next to a still-running treadmill. Paramedics attempted to revive him and took him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. He was 65.

R.I.P. Bernie Mack

Comedian Bernie Mac died at Northwestern Memorial hospital early Saturday morning, according to Sun-Times Columnist, Stella Foster. He was 50. Though the cause of death has not been confirmed, Mac had been hospitalized recently for pneumonia. Foster said that she received calls early Saturday morning from a close friend of the Mac family, confirming the reports of Mac's death.

Akon Blew Off His Court Date

Akon was supposed to be in court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing from that time he tossed that 15 year old boy off the stage and into the crowd at KFEST concert in Fishkill, NY. Akon was last in court in December of 2007, when he pleaded not guilty to the charges of second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a minor. The judge has ordered him to appear in court on September 3rd for a possible deposition.

Rapper Jewelery Auction

In an auction entitled Hip Hop's Crown Jewels, around 50 iconic pieces worn by major stars will go on the auction block. Jewels worn by 50 Cent, Biz Markie, MC Lyte, Kanye West and the late Notorious B.I.G and Tupac Shakur are expected to spark a bidding frenzy. Key items include Missy Elliot's diamond, black diamond and gold turntable ring, Biz Markie's black and white diamond headphones pendant, Sean "Diddy" Combs' princess and baguette cut diamond and platinum bracelet and Pharrell Williams' Gucci link necklace dipped in multicolored pave diamonds. Signature hallmarks like Slick Rick's multicolor diamond-set eye patch and Lil' Jon's diamond and yellow diamond "Crunk Ain't Dead" pendant will also be up for grabs. A portion of proceeds from the sale will benefit Russell Simmons' Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation, the Hip Hop Summit Action Network and the Diamond Empowerment Fund.

Bernie Mac

Is still in the hospital and is expected is remain there for the next few weeks. A statement from Mac's publicist, Danica Smith, offered no further information about Uncle Bernie, except to say that he remaines in "stable condition" and is "responding well to treatment" in a Chicago-area hospital.

She said last week that Mac's bout with pneumonia was unrelated to his previous diagnosis of a chronic tissue inflammation, called sarcoidosis, which has been in remission since 2005.

Rick Ross Charity Event Marred By Gunfire

Yesterday Rick Ross held his annual "Be Out Day" celebration for down low rappers. I'm kidding. "Be Out Day" is a big outdoor celebration where Rick hands out food, school supplies and encourages people to get registered to vote. Anyway, Flo-Rida was onstage performing when shots rang out sending everyone diving for cover. No one was hurt. One man has been arrested and another is being sought.

Dead Body Found At Lil Kim Party

From the NY Post: The bludgeoned body of a Queens woman was found last night on the roof of the Times Square club where she was last seen on Sunday - at a birthday party for rapper Lil' Kim. Ingrid Rivera, 24, of Richmond Hill, had been kicked out of the party at Spotlight Live on Broadway for being drunk, sources said. The sources said after bouncers tossed Rivera out of the 33rd-birthday party, she might have gotten back in through other entrances to the building. When her body was found, she was bloody from a head wound, and her dress was hiked up, indicating she may have been dragged into the secluded spot, sources said. A maintenance worker who'd gone to the rooftop loft that houses air-conditioning and other equipment discovered the body and grisly slay scene about 5:30 p.m. yesterday. No murder weapon was found.

After his latest cd, Here I Stand, crashed and burned, Usher fired Benny Medina and rehired his mother, Jonetta Patton as his manager. If you recall, Usher fired his mother on Mother's Day last year because of friciton between her and his wife Tameka Foster.
