is in trouble for going to a party in Dubai. A federal judge last year said Snipes could travel only to London and Bangkok for work on the movies "Gallowwalker" and "Chasing the Dragon."

"Defendant Snipes abused the Court's trust, and did so in a very public way," the U.S. Attorney's Office said in its motion. "For that reason alone, the Court should deny his current request for international travel." The federal prosecutors also asked that Snipes' bond be revoked pending the appeal.

Michael Vick Is Out Of Jail

The Federal Labor Department is accusing Vick, who was released from jail to home confinement yesterday, of making a series of prohibited transfers from a pension plan sponsored by MV7, a celebrity marketing company he owns. The department alleges that Vick violated his duties as trustee of the pension plan that covers nine current or former MV7 employees. They say he used the money to pay the criminal restitution imposed on him after his federal dogfighting conspiracy conviction.

In the suit Miss Maid Lady says Vanessa routinely "badgered, harassed and humiliated" her by yelling, screaming and criticizing her in front of Kobe, their children, employees, other people in the house and called her lazy, slow, dumb, a fucking liar and a fucking piece of shit. Jim Jones was in court yesterday facing assault charges stemming from the run-in he had with Jay Z's right hand man Ty Ty's little brother Javon Smith at a NY Louis Vuitton store in December. Jim appeared in court last month and pled not guilty on the assault charge and has vowed to take the case to trial calling the plea deal a set up for a civil suit. FYI: Video of the whole thing is part of the evidence against Jim and reportedly shows him "hitting and kicking" Javon in front of his pal Ne-Yo. 'Von has already filed a multi-million dollar civil suit against Jimmy.

Toni Braxton Impersonator Jailed In Suriname

Las Vegas celebrity impersonator Trina Johnson has been languishing in a Surinamese jail ever since she was unwittingly used in a Toni Braxton concert scam in February. Trina Johnson says she was booked to do a tribute concert to Toni Braxton in Suriname only to find out that concert goers were expecting the real thing. Moments into her second song the audience of 1500 began pelting her with bottles and booing. She was arrested shortly after. Meanwhile the concert promoter and all the proceeds from the concert were nowhere to be found. Trina is facing a three-year prison sentence after authorities in the Latin American republic accused her of fraud for impersonating singer Toni Braxton even though Trina claims to have a contract that clearly states she was booked to impersonate the singer. Prosecutors in Suriname are allowed to detain the accused up to 67 days, and there's no such thing as bail. Trina's husband was also arrested but he was released after spending 2 weeks in a 8 feet by 10 foot open-air jail cell with no heat and no lights and 11 other prisoners existing on a breakfast of one cup of hot tea and a small piece of bread. A combined lunch and dinner consisting of a cup of boiled rice and maybe 2 ounces of protein, either fish, chicken or "mystery meat" and later at night, a cup of flavored water.

In a sworn statement, Julien's Auctions President Darren Julien claims the singer's representatives said they would get "Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam" after him if he didn't call off the sale. "Michael Jackson wanted to give the message to us, that our lives are at stake and there will be bloodshed," Julien said.
