Will and Jada Being Sued Over Bad Script

Jada Pinkett-Smith wrote and directed a film that was so bad it never went anywhere and now the main investor is trying to sue her ass. The movie was called Human Contract [ever heard of it?] and the dude who put up the money says Will and Jada "guaranteed" him a return on his investment. Well, that never happened and movie went straight to DVD. And now Investor Dude wants some money back.

Joe Jackson to Sue Over Death Photos

Joe Jackson has started legal proceedings against media outlets who published the last photographs of Micheal Jackson. Joe says pictures of  his son being taken from his home on a stretcher and a picture of his face as he was being loaded from the ambulance to the hospital is an invasion of his family's privacy.

You wouldn't have read about it here because of all the times Yours Truly has "lobbied aggressively" to get bumped up, and I'm not even a rock star!

Kim Porter Says Misa Hylton is Not on Her Level

A week or two ago Sean Diddy Combs first baby mama, Misa Hylton, fired shots at his second baby mama Kim Porter for snubbing Diddy's daughter with his third baby mama, Sarah Chapman, even though Misa accepted Kim's son Christian who was born under similar circumstances [click here if you missed that].

Blogger Carlton Jordan caught up with Kim and asked if she wanted to respond to Misa's accusations.

Kim declined while cattily stating Misa was not on her level. Burn!

Estate Trying to Block Joe's Wrongful Death Suit

Last week Joe Jackson attempted to file suit against the UCLA Medical Center to get access to Michael Jackson's medical records in order to lay the ground work for a wrongful death suit [click here if you missed that]. Not so fast Joe. Michael's estate is trying to slap down Joe's suit saying he was not a dependant of Michael Jackson therefore he has no right to file any wrongful death suits. So it's back to the drawing board for Joe.

Royce Wants to Know What's the Big Damn Deal?

Following the firestorm of controversy sparked by a video of her dropping it low at Terrell Owens and Ludcacris' pool party, Orland Magic's Dwight Howard's baby mama, Royce Reed can't understand why everybody is so shocked. And in Tweeting her surprise, confirmed to many disbelievers that it was indeed her on the video popping that thang.

Baby Having a Hard Time Dealing with Lil Wayne's Pending Incarceration

In a recent interview Baby admitted, "I've been with him forever. It will be the first time in my life I'll not be reachable to him. We work together, we're on the road together. We're always together. I try not to even think about it... I'm losing something in my soul."

And to make it easier to cope, Baby plans to temporarily move Cash Money Records to NY to be closer to Wayne while he serves his one year sentence on Rikers Island and vows to visit him every week.

What's Up With Keyshia?

Last night during a televised basketball game, TNT announcers blurted out that Keyshia Coles' baby daddy, Cleveland Cavalier Daniel "Boobie" Gibson was absent because he was at the hospital with Keyshia because she was in labor. Boobie later showed up for the second half of the game and the whole 'going into labor' thing was retracted. Keyshia's baby is due next month.

“I am going to keep it real gully with you. The first two months i wanted to give him back. I expected somebody to come and save me because after you have the baby, nobody cares about you anymore. Nobody cares if you sleep; nobody cares if you eat. It’s just you and this all consuming thingy. And he wants all your time and attention and it hurt the first two months. One day as I was standing by the door and I was considering throwing him out into the pool (sleep deprivation is ugly), at that moment i looked at him and said, ‘ah, i love you. I love you.’”

Ray J Sure Named her Right

 According to reports, For the Love of Ray J contestant Monica 'Danger' Leon tried to burn her own house down today. Around 2 pm LAPD received a 911 call about a fire in Danger's apartment complex. When the firefighters arrived the fire was already out, but arson investigators were called and after they looked around a bit, slapped the cuffs on Danger. Can you say 72 hour hold?

Now I Understand

A few months ago Orlando Magic's Dwight Howard filed a lawsuit against his baby mama, former Magic dancer Royce Reed, claiming she was making disparaging remarks about him on message boards. At the time I thought Dwight was being petty and vindictive. Now I understand why he gives her such a hard time. This is video of Royce "dropping it low" for a pair of basketball tickets at Ludacris and Terrell Owens' pool party in Miami the other day.

Eve Caught up in Money Laundering Scheme

Remember back in 2006 when Eve was dating that mega-rich African dude and then dumped him after she found out about what a cruel dictator his father was [click here if you missed that]? Turns out the guy was setting up dummy companies and wiring in millions of dollars to purchase big ticket items. What does this have to do with Eve? She was listed as president of one of the corporations.
