If you're gonna date Rihanna be prepared to have all your old skeletons ripped out of the closet. First there were allegations of domestic abuse, and now a 2002 article on Sports Illustrated Online  has surfaced claiming Rihanna's new boyfriend Matt Kemp and two other players from the Midwest City Basketball team may have run a train on a girl against her will. According to the site,

A 19-year-old woman filed a report with Columbus police alleging Shelden Williams, 18, De'Angelo Alexander, 17, and Matthew Kemp, 17 forced her into sexual conduct at the Columbus Hyatt Hotel at about 2 a.m. Sunday morning while two other players watched.

No charges were ever filed.

They say Naomi Campbell is moving to Moscow with her married billionaire boyfriend Vlad. Well, Randy and Stabler & Associates are claiming Mike never paid them for their services and are now trying to file a claim for $275,446.08 against Michael's estate. Good luck with that Little Brother, but according to legal analysts, the statute of limitations on that situation have run out, so they'll have to find some another way to get money out of the estate.

Cash Money Records honchos Birdman and his brother Slim are getting into the oil business. The brothers recently formed Bronald Oil and Gas and according to a statement on their website [that you know damn well neither one of them wrote], "Bronald Oil & Gas, LLC is an independent oil and gas company focused on the exploration, production and development of oil and gas reserves from conventional and unconventional formations. The company is initially focused on exploration and development properties in Osage County, Oklahoma, as well as in Texas and Louisiana in the United States and in Central America."

Kelly Rowland Boosting Clothes?

Of course she's not, but a fashion designer is accusing her of not returning several items. Designer Laura Dawson says Kelly Rowland "borrowed" several expensive pieces from her collection and didn't return them even after she called Kells several times to ask for them back. It's been over a month and Laura says, "It is really unfortunate that this has happened. I would otherwise have liked to continue to work with this particular client."

Of course you're not Matt. Of course you're not. Yesterday after an old restraining order on Rihanna's new boyfriend Matt Kemp hit the web, Matt's people went into the spin zone to clear things up. Matt's mouth piece says, "Matt dated Felisha about two years ago and decided to end their relationship. She chose to file a complaint and shortly thereafter, on her own accord, decided to drop it based on the fact that the statements made within were false. She has very recently said that she has no issue whatsoever with Matt and that she and Matt consider this to be a non-issue. Matt Kemp is a consummate Midwestern gentleman who has never displayed any act of violence towards a woman."

The ex-girlfriend's people got paid off to say also spoke up claiming, "During the course of the relationship there was a restraining order filed by Felisha but it had nothing to do with domestic violence and to be clear Matt was NEVER physically abusive to Felisha, nor did she fear for her life. The restraining order was subsequently vacated. They both have moved on separately but remain amicable."

They say Rihanna's new man friend has a thing or two in common with her ex Chris Brown. LA Dodger Matt Kemp had a restraining order put out on him by his ex-girlfriend. Matt's ex says, "He is violent and I am afraid. He repeatedly made me scared and gets in my face. He is threatening to take all the items I purchased and try to destroy my property. He brings his friends driving up and down the street to try and intimidate me. I am very fearful. He has other people calling me and stalking me."

Bad News for Ja Rule

The judge presiding over Ja Rule's gun trial has refused to dismiss his case. If you recall [click here if you don't], the same night Lil Wayne was arrested in NY on gun charges, so was Ja Rule. Ja, Wayne and Kanye West had just finished a concert when both rappers were pulled over separately a few blocks from each other. Ja had been trying to get his case dismissed on the grounds that the cops had no probable cause to pull him over and search his vehicle. But the prosecutor insists Ja's chauffeured driven sports car was speeding and had no insurance or registration. A semi-automatic hand gun was found in the rear drivers' side door-well. Ja is due back in court March 3rd.

Actor Tisha Campbell-Martin's little sister Tiara is 1000% sure, Maury! That Diamond Blue is the father of her unborn child. The problem is Diamond [<---his real name] has stopped taking 5 months pregant Tiara's calls. So, actor Duane Martin reached out to Gossip on This to defend his sister-in-law's honor. Duane says, "Last year in August, Tisha’s younger sister was with Diamond Blue from Pretty Ricky. One thing lead to another and now she’s five months pregnant by him. I spoke to Blue in October and I would never imagine him being the way he is. He doesn’t call back, he doesn’t check on her and he’s also ignoring her phone calls. She and the family are really hurt by this.”
