Back in 2005, before leaking sex tapes made you famous, rapper Eve had a sex tape starring herself and Love and Hip Hop's Stevie J leak online.
Eve, who's currently promoting her new album Lip Lock, explains how the sex tape did NOTHING for her career...
E-V-E tells MTV Rap Fix,
"It definitely didn't [help my career]. When that happened, sex tapes weren't 'hot' like that, and I got the FBI involved. So that's not something I wanted to happen..."
"I respect my mother and my family and that's not something I am Ok with. And it hurt my heart that anyone who was in my circle - whether it be him [Stevie] or anybody else - it hurt my heart that that went out there. That wasn't my thing."
